Solución

Para solucionarlo tenéis que añadir la clave correspondiente a cada módulo:

keys add [Nombre api] [valor]

keys add shodan_api j4kb5j43b4jb43kj3k23

El nombre de la api os aparece en el mensaje de error entre comillas simples.
